Comfortable Stay with Excellent Staff
helpful staff answered questions hotel upgrade
I found the reception staff very helpful. A young lady showed us the accessible room and answered all our questions. She were very good too ensure all our questions were answered with a smile. The hotel appears to have been upgraded.
I noticed no storage space in my single room. There were no hangers or hooks, not ideal for longer stays.

The breakfast was great , well worth the price, and the lady singing was helpful. All staff members were very nice, and the size of the room was good. Overall , my stay was lovely.

My boys enjoyed using the pool table. The food choices in the local area were close , and we were right next to the beach. The hotel has a lift that works well , contrary to previous reviews.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfy. The flat screen tv was a good size, and a coffee machine was present. I was able to get coffee capsules from reception.

The staff at the reception were friendly with smiles , and they were very helpful. Louis was polite and supportive , always available for requests. I appreciate Louis and other staff members.

helpful staff warm croissants
The staff were cheerful and helpful throughout my visit. breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I especially enjoyed the warm croissants. nancy was a delight she ensured we had everything we needed each morning
i found that the lift buttons were missing which caused slight inconvenience. i had to request assistance each time i needed to use the lift it would be helpful if they were replaced

the manager andrew and receptionist leanne greeted me warmly they were helpful. andrew offered to carry my bags and fixed the radiator quickly i was impressed by their dedication and kindness .

the family room was spacious and very clean it was perfect for my family. the beds were comfortable i found a good size flat screen tv in the room plus a coffee machine with capsules obtained from reception.

The staff were helpful and polite throughout my stay. My room was much nicer than expected. I booked a standard double room. The location was so close to local shops and the beach.
The lift was a bit slow. IT could use some maintenance.

Wonderful seafront stay
seafront stroll local tips free breakfast
The hotel's location near the seafront was a highlight for me. I found the stroll to town and the pier very convenient and enjoyable. Lewis helped me with my bags. He also provided useful tips about local dining options (that was a great help!). I was pleased to receive complimentary breakfast due to the hotel's recent reopening.
The sink in my room was draining a bit slowly.
